The Second Sunday in May Festival was held on 11th May in Portman's Calle Mayor. Festivities started at around 1200 hrs and the Paella was ready at 1400hrs. Good fun for all.
The procession in honour of Virgen del Carmen commenced at around 1900 due to undependable weather. The route started at the church of Santiago de Apostle and passed through the town to the old port and back.
